Job summary

Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

If you are a Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps Engineer, we want to meet you!

You’ll get the chance to
  • Ensure system reliability, availability and performance across cloud and on‑prem environments.
  • Automate infrastructure, deployments and operations using Python, Go, Bash, Terraform and Ansible.
  • Support and optimize cloud and OS platforms (Azure, Linux RHEL7+, Windows Server 2019+).
  • Work with networking, storage, authentication and naming services (DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, NFS/SAN/NAS).
  • Define and track SLIs, SLOs and SLAs, driving continuous improvements and reducing TOIL.
  • Integrate systems with observability tools to enhance monitoring, alerting and visibility.
  • Participate in incident response and post‑mortems using a calm, structured and analytical approach.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable and efficient solutions.
What will help you succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of hands‑on experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role with exposure to software engineering, infrastructure, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, distributed systems, and storage technologies (NFS/SAN/NAS).
  • Solid experience with scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Hands‑on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
  • Experience defining and managing SLOs/SLIs/SLAs and driving operational excellence.
  • Familiarity integrating systems with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk).
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, especially during incidents and outages.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality solutions.
