Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in cloud-native, high-growth environments and takes ownership of reliability, scalability, and delivery. You’ll design and operate modern infrastructure, improve CI/CD pipelines, and partner closely with engineering teams to help them ship faster and safer.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering in production environments
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, EKS, Lambda) and Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar) and automated deployment pipelines
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
• Solid understanding of cloud security, DevSecOps principles, and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO a plus)
• Experience improving observability, monitoring, and alerting (CloudWatch, Prometheus, etc.)
• Ability to design systems that balance speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Comfortable supporting production systems and participating in on-call rotations
• Clear communicator who can collaborate across backend, web, mobile, and security teams
• Proactive, improvement-minded engineer who enjoys mentoring and sharing best practices
