Gallup is seeking a senior DevOps leader in Omaha to design and optimize release pipelines, drive automation, and implement scalable cloud infrastructure. You will partner with developers, security, and operations to enforce best practices and deliver high-availability systems.
You will manage cross-region releases, mentor engineers, and advance DevOps maturity across teams, while maintaining a strong on-site presence at Gallup's Omaha office two to three days weekly.

In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for designing and optimizing release pipelines, driving automation, and implementing cloud infrastructure that accelerates delivery and ensures high availability. You'll work closely with developers, architects, security associates and operations teams to establish best practices and bring stability and scalability to our engineering workflows.
You'll develop systems that power global insights—analyzing what the world is thinking and delivering employee engagement, strengths development and wellbeing solutions—among other high-impact projects.

We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $135,000-$170,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual's education, experience and skills.
