CleraUSA is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure for a fast-growing AI-native B2B SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with backend and ML engineers to implement GitOps, IaC, and reliable production systems at scale.

You’ll design secure, scalable AWS infrastructure, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and drive incident response with observability and SLI/SLOs. This on-site NYC role offers equity participation and a chance to shape critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability — set up observability stacks, define SLI/SLOs, and lead incident response.
• Implement and champion GitOps workflows for all infrastructure deployments.
• Build compliance-ready infrastructure (SOC 2, GDPR) with IAM and secrets management.
• Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance and reliability at scale.
• Create developer tooling and documentation to accelerate engineering workflows.

You'll own the cloud infrastructure that enterprise-scale customers rely on for critical data and decision-making. Working closely with backend and ML engineers, you'll be the person who makes GitOps, infrastructure as code, and true production reliability a reality for the entire engineering organization.The team is small (under 50 people) and technically ambitious, with engineers from backgrounds including Microsoft, IBM, and other high-caliber technology organizations.
