Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; 7+ years of DevOps/Software Engineering experience.
• Experience building software automation with Ansible and CI/CD pipelines on GitHub/Jenkins.
• Strong containerization and orchestration using Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes.

Identify and drive opportunities to automate build, deployment, management, and tooling. Design, deploy, and manage development infrastructure services both on-premises and in AWS. Deliver product deployment automation solutions critical to our software. Enhance system observability with metrics, monitoring, and alerting. Review and recommend tools and processes to improve the software development lifecycle. Guide developers with best practices, troubleshooting support, documentation, and training sessions. Collaborate effectively in a global, distributed team via video and chat, with occasional travel. Accept the hybrid work model – in-office presence required at least 2 days per week.
