Fluence Energy in Houston, TX, seeks a Senior Business System Analyst for Financial Planning & Platforms. This full-time role is hybrid (2–3 days in the office) with up to 10% domestic travel.

You will configure and support planning platforms (Anaplan, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Planful, SAP IBP, Oracle EPM), lead workshops, develop requirements, and ensure data integrity across budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.

Analyze business processes, scrutinize artifacts, and lead targeted workshops to define business objectives and requirements. Design solutions that meet business needs by analyzing requirements, developing business rules and process diagrams, and drafting specifications.
