Are you a seasoned DevOps Engineer who thrives on building scalable infrastructure, streamlining deployments, and making software delivery faster, safer, and more reliable?

We're seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of modern CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure automation, and release management for enterprise applications running on Microsoft Azure.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how software is built, tested, and delivered—working directly with development teams to create efficient, reliable deployment processes.

  • Own the end-to-end software delivery process, from code integration through production deployment.
  • Implement and improve trunk-based development practices, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
  • Build progressive deployment strategies, including blue/green, canary, and phased releases.
  • Improve pipeline efficiency, reduce build times, and minimize deployment failures.
  • Establish release management standards, including version control, artifact promotion, and automated rollback procedures.
  • Manage and optimize applications deployed on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Build and maintain containerized application environments using Docker and Azure Container Registry.
  • Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployments, networking, scaling, and performance issues.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and Helm.
  • Improve cloud infrastructure reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Automation, Security & Monitoring
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
  • Integrate security scanning, dependency management, and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement secure secrets management using Azure Key Vault and managed identities.
  • Monitor application and deployment performance using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, or Grafana.
  • Track deployment reliability and performance through DevOps metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
  • Partner closely with software engineering teams to improve build, release, and deployment practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex pipeline and production deployment issues.
  • Recommend improvements to cloud infrastructure, development workflows, and release processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and share DevOps best practices across development teams.
  • Participate in incident response and continuous reliability improvements.
