Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a seasoned DevOps/Cloud Engineer to analyze, design, code, and test automated deployment pipelines across multiple application systems. You will enable full automation of CD and testing in Linux environments, develop governance for CD operations, and train developers on source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.

This role requires AWS, Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform proficiency, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
Professional level cloud certification(s) in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
Architect level certification a plus.
12+ years IT experience with combined cloud engineering and admin/engineer roles.
5+ years cloud engineering experience on vendor platforms and 5+ years OS debugging.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code, and test components of automated deployment pipelines across multiple systems.
Maintain fully automated CD processes for Linux environments and build/deploy scripts.
Onboard, train, and support developers on source control, CI, test automation, and deployment processes.
Promote DevOps by enabling code movement through Dev/Test, Staging, and Production.
Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues and provide SME guidance on cloud solutions and security.
