Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, automate, and optimize cloud platforms that drive reliability and speed. You will partner with engineering to improve CI/CD, ensure secure API integrations via APIM, and scale Azure-based infrastructure leveraging Terraform.

You will influence operational excellence, mentor teammates, and lead root-cause analyses across distributed systems while maintaining a security-first mindset in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM).
• Knowledge of ActiveMQ messaging systems.
• Experience with Dynatrace or similar monitoring tools.
• Proficient with Git-based version control (Bitbucket/GitHub).
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform for scalable, secure cloud environments.
• Develop and manage Azure-based solutions, including deployment and optimization of resources.
• Configure and maintain Azure API Management (APIM) services for secure integrations.
• Administer and support messaging systems like ActiveMQ with high availability.
• Monitor performance with Dynatrace and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead troubleshooting across environments for complex system challenges.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket, Git, or similar.
• Implement best practices for code versioning, branching, and deployment automation.
• Ensure reliability, security, and compliance through continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to DevOps standards.
