Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced Cloud Engineer to lead automated deployment pipelines and cloud strategy across multiple environments. You will design, implement, and optimize CI/CD processes and tooling, enabling DevOps across Dev/Test, Staging, and Production.

The role requires 12+ years in IT with strong cloud engineering background and certifications in major cloud platforms; extensive experience with Linux/Windows administration is also expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional level cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
• 12+ years IT experience with cloud engineering and related roles.
• 5+ years cloud engineering experience with vendor platforms and 5+ years Windows/Linux administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and test components of automated deployment pipelines across multiple applications.
• Maintain and enhance CD tools; create fully automated CD processes for Linux environments.
• Onboard and train developers on source control, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Promote DevOps in Dev/Test, Staging, Production environments; troubleshoot CI/CD issues.
• Lead cloud strategy initiatives; provide technical guidance on cloud projects and infrastructure.
