Mphasis is seeking a Senior DevOps Automation Delivery Lead to design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in DevOps, Infra or Platform Engineering roles.
- Strong Linux (RHEL) administration skills.
- Hands-on OpenShift and Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
- Extensive Ansible automation and IaC experience.
- Experience with Kafka, Flink, MongoDB, Spark/Cloudera.
- CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment expertise.
- Shell/Python scripting proficiency.
- Monitoring/observability with Splunk.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise Linux infrastructure.
- Administer OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters; manage VMs and virtualization.
- Build scalable, highly available, and secure platforms.
- Automate deployment pipelines and container lifecycle management.
- Implement GitOps and IaC practices; ensure security and compliance.
- Operate Kafka, Flink, and Spark/Cloudera data platforms; monitor performance.
- Develop dashboards and observability tools; perform RCA and incident response.
