Job summary

Pittsburgh Tomorrow seeks an experienced DevOps Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions. You will lead technical teams and own cloud, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure management.

Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, provisioning infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, and managing AWS/Azure/GCP environments, Docker, and Kubernetes. Strong leadership and scripting skills are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience.
Strong experience in DevOps engineering and architecture.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement DevOps strategies, architecture, and best practices.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor DevOps engineers.
