Job summary

Anduril Industries in Reston, VA is seeking a software engineer to design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for classified environments. You will collaborate with engineers to optimize builds, enforce early security controls, and architect durable automation.

Responsibilities include IaC development with Terraform/Ansible, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and automating compliance workflows. The role requires 5+ years in software with active US Secret clearance and a strong security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience and a related Bachelor's degree.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency in Python and Bash.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals: design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance, at a minimum.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines across enclaves.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize builds and security.
• Identify pain points and architect durable solutions.
• Build IaC to provision development, test, and production environments.
• Automate security compliance workflows and STIG scanning.
• Develop containerization/orchestration solutions for classified networks.
• Create monitoring/logging to support security operations.
• Coordinate with ISSM/ISSO to meet security requirements.
