Job summary

nTop is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to elevate internal developer velocity by building next-generation developer infrastructure and tooling. You will bridge engineering and coding assistants, managing repository context and self-service tooling to accelerate C++/Python teams.

Responsibilities include developing automated workflows, CI/CD integration, and context management for highly accurate, domain-specific suggestions, while collaborating with leadership to remove bottlenecks and

Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python, Go or TypeScript and a proactive approach to building internal tooling.
• Experience turning DevOps workflows into automated developer platforms.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tooling and internal knowledge retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, CI/CD concepts and developer workflows.
• Ability to build automated frameworks, worker services and internal portals.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale infrastructure for internal coding assistants and automated tooling.
• Design and maintain internal CLI tools, workflows and self-service platforms for engineers.
• Develop automated systems (Slack bots, triage assistants) to streamline engineering operations.
• Own repository context management and prompt libraries for accurate tooling suggestions.
• Architect modular testing and feedback frameworks integrated with GitHub Actions.
