Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager for the Developer Experience Team to envision, design, and deliver best-in-class tools that improve the quality of life for software delivery teams, while upholding the highest standards of quality and security.

You will partner with tech and design to deliver tools that improve how developers write, build, and test code, and you will drive adoption of development tools across the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or related field or Business/Marketing; or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products
• Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools such as Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script

Responsibilities

• Define features and collaborate with technical teams to ensure capabilities meet business objectives
• Envision, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that improve developer productivity, test automation, and delivery pipelines
• Drive adoption of development tools and provide quality measures for the developer experience
