• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Four or more years of related experience are required.
• Substitution of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Review complex subdivisions and site plans against regulations and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Provide technical project reviews and manage interagency review processes.
• Present development projects to the Planning & Zoning Commission and discuss issues.
• Present findings at the Technical Review Committee meetings for assigned projects.
• Meet with developers and engineers to discuss development plans and site design.
• Conduct field inspections at development sites.
• Foster collaboration and learning; support a positive work environment.
• Ensure timely completion of work and uphold organizational standards.
