Qualifikationen

• Three years of increasingly responsible experience in municipal engineering, public works, development review, construction, plan review, project coordination, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree may substitute for part of the experience.

• Coordinates development applications from concept through plan approval, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Reviews plans, maps, calculations, and reports for completeness and compliance.
• Prepares and coordinates permits, conditions of approval, and project documentation.
• Assists with field inspections, project administration, and consultant coordination.
• Maintains project records and facilitates communication among staff, consultants, and the public.
