DataX is partnered with a global engineering & consulting firm (client confidential) that delivers large-scale mission‑critical construction programs for some of the world’s most influential companies.

They’re looking for a Senior Program Construction Manager to provide executive‑level leadership across multiple complex construction programs, primarily in hyperscale data center and advanced infrastructure environments.

This role is ideal for someone who has led large, multi‑site construction portfolios and thrives in fast‑paced, technically demanding project environments.

The position

• Providing strategic oversight to Construction Managers and project teams
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Driving program‑level performance across cost, schedule, quality, and risk
• Supporting innovation, digital tools, and AI‑enabled project workflows

Could this role be for you?

• 13+ years in construction/program management
• Experience delivering data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical & controls systems
• Excellent client‑facing and executive communication skill
• Travel: 75–100% across the U.S. until assigned to a long‑term project.
• Candidate should be located in the Midwest ideally
