As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our software projects and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. What you’ll own

• Establish and enforce coding standards, software design principles, and best practices through code reviews, technical guidance, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project planning, execution, and delivery, proactively resolving technical challenges and ensuring successful completion of milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing innovative technologies, tools, and processes that enhance development efficiency, productivity, and software quality.
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coordinating with cross-functional teams and managers to manage dependencies and deliver successful project outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands‑on software development experience building microservices with C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud‑based solutions, including strong proficiency in Azure services and architectures.
• 3+ years of experience in a Software Development Manager or similar technical leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high‑performing development teams.
• Strong understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and enterprise application development.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with a demonstrated ability to successfully deliver projects on time and achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and work across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, combined with an innovative mindset and adaptability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
