Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, implements, coordinates, and manages an annual comprehensive development plan.
• Grows the individual major gifts program and manages a portfolio of prospects.
• Arranges face-to-face and family meetings between donors and the Bishop.
• Provides regular updates to the Bishop and Chancellor for Administrative Affairs.
• Oversees donor appreciation events and maintains donor relations.
• Works with the Catholic Foundation and Board to set priorities and strategy.
