Job summary

TalentRemedy is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, Development to strengthen our fundraising and grants management efforts. The role requires sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to guide Development work across teams.

The ideal candidate balances fundraising needs with program priorities, reviews grant requirements, and collaborates with senior leaders to ensure funder commitments align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Development, fundraising, grants management, philanthropy, or related field.
• Strong ability to review grant requirements, deliverables, and reporting.
• Excellent judgment and the ability to guide cross-team Development work.
• Comfortable communicating with senior leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support management and execution of grants, fundraising initiatives, and Development priorities.
• Review grant requirements, deliverables, timelines, and commitments to align with funder expectations.
• Partner with Program and internal teams to resolve issues related to grant requirements and scope.
• Exercise sound judgment when priorities or requests fall outside Development parameters.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and senior leaders when adjustments are needed.
• Help establish boundaries around Development projects, timelines, and funder commitments.
• Anticipate challenges and propose solutions rather than waiting for direction.
• Support Development leadership with presentations, proposals, and donor communications.
• Maintain strong internal processes that enable Development activities to run efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate across teams while maintaining accountability for Development requirements.
