Ampac Fine Chemicals LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to lead development and scale-up of chemical manufacturing processes, translating development work into manufacturing-ready operations.

You will collaborate across chemistry, analytical, operations, facilities, QA, and safety, provide technical leadership for first-time plant execution, and develop GMP documentation and process data.

Formación

• 10–13 years of related experience with chemical engineering or chemistry.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with GMP manufacturing and process development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex process development and scale-up activities.
• Develop GMP documentation, batch records, and change controls.
• Collaborate across Chemistry, Analytical, Operations, Facilities, QA, Safety.
• Perform process modeling and engineering analyses.
• Provide technical leadership for first-time plant execution.
