The role partners with Senior Development Portfolio Controller or Development Manager handling fixed assets, tenant improvements, capital expenditures, and related development accounting, applying GAAP to ensure accurate financial conclusions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license, with standard Monday–Friday schedule; salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000
