Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise ITSM solutions with automation, scalability, and integrations at the core. You will own platform architecture and drive cross-team collaboration.

You will build workflows, custom apps, and integrations using Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Hub while upholding secure coding practices and ACL strategies. This role supports global IT operations in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITSM modules, CMDB and Service Portal.
• Hands-on JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and CSS development.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise integrations via REST/SOAP.
• Strong understanding of secure coding and ACL strategy.
• Certifications in ServiceNow are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY

Experienced ServiceNow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for global IT operations with a focus on automation, scalability, and integration, ITSM.

Responsibilities

Platform & Architecture

• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Service Catalog, Integrations.
• Define development standards & coding guidelines.
• Support Instance Upgrades, define Exclusions, ATF.

Development & Configuration

• Build workflows, Customization, Configurations, Integrations.
• Develop custom applications, workflows using Flow Designer and workflow editor, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, script includes.
• Configure ServiceNow forms, tables, catalogue items, and portals.
• Build automations using Flow Designer, Connection and Credentials, scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven track record building enterprise-level integrations.
• Strong hand-on experience in java script.
• Design and implement complex ServiceNow integrations using:
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Integration Hub spokes
• OAuth 2.0, SAML, Okta and Single Sign-On
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Active Directory)

Operations:

• Manage releases, upgrades, deployments
• Maintain documentation and compliance

Automation:

• Drive ITSM automation and process optimization

Requirements

• 6+ years ServiceNow Development

Technical Skills:

• ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub
• JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS
• REST/SOAP integrations
• secure coding and ACL strategy

Certifications: (Highly Desired)

• Certified System Admin (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
