Job summary

L'Oreal USA, Inc in Clark, New Jersey is seeking an Operations Senior Developer for LDB to act as a liaison between local Marketing and Operations, bringing promotional programs to life as a project manager of Promotional Development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5+ years in project management, cross-functional experience with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Packaging, Brand Marketing and Sustainability, and the ability to work onsite at least 3 days a week across NY/NJ sites.

Qualifications

We are seeking an Operations Senior Developer for LDB to act as the liaison between the local Marketing team and Operations, you will bring promotional programs to life as a project manager of Promotional Development.

A Day in the Life:

• Assess promotional viability by way of cost, timeline, and sustainability feasibility studies
• Foster strong relationships and maintain excellent communication with Marketing
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Packaging, Sourcing and Assembly Operations throughout the promotional cycle
• Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans
• Lead project review meetings and maintain organized and effective project trackers
• Present promotional program reviews and escalations to Operational and Leadership teams
• Perform other duties as needed

We Are Looking For:

• Education: A completed Bachelor's degree is required. Packaging Engineering or a related engineering/technical discipline is preferred
• Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management.
  • Experience launching of global products, including working cross-functionally with Operations teams such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Packaging, as well as Brand Marketing and Sustainability is preferred
  • Experience in cosmetics, consumer goods, or related field is preferred
• Proficient PC skills - MS Office software and capable of building executive presentations. Also Proficient in the use of MS Project.
• Good communication skills, to be able to deal effectively with all levels of our organization and our suppliers.
• Good organizational skills to manage the documentation, materials and information.
• Develop and maintain a professional knowledge of new or emerging trends and technologies.
• Authorization to work in the US is required. No visa sponsorship is offered for this role.
• The ability to be onsite, in the office at least 3 days a week, as this is an essential function of the position, including our NY and NJ sites (required).

• Base Salary Range: $77,400 - $110,300 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
