Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Development Manager to lead the C#/.NET/Angular team within our Engineering group. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor developers, and ensure scalable, reliable software delivery in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in software development, 3+ years in leadership, and deep Azure experience, with strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams. Hybrid work model with Atlanta or Cincinnati offices.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands‑on software development experience with C#, .NET, Angular.
3+ years in a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and modern software design principles.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering a high‑performing environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure.
Establish and enforce coding standards and software design principles through reviews and QA.
Provide technical leadership throughout planning, execution, and delivery of milestones.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and processes.
Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
