Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - .NET (Full Stack) to join the Launchpad team and help shape global commerce. You will design and build full-stack applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

You will lead modernization initiatives, migrate large-scale .NET Framework apps to .NET Core/.NET, develop RESTful APIs, implement tests, and collaborate with UX/UI, product owners, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of hands-on C# development with .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Experience leading modernization initiatives including large migrations to cloud-ready .NET platforms.
• Strong frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular).
• Experience securing applications and using DevOps practices and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web apps using C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JS frameworks.
• Lead application modernization, migrating large-scale .NET Framework apps to .NET Core/.NET 8+.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations with internal/external systems.
• Create reusable UI components and libraries to improve efficiency.
• Write and execute unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
