Job summary

Henderson James LLC seeks a Senior Development Engineer I to lead the technical development of a thermal portfolio in the US, from concept through FEED to final investment decision. You will own the technical side, manage layouts, RFPs, and equipment specs, and coordinate SMEs and consultants.

The role requires a BS in engineering and 5+ years in thermal power with FEED-stage experience, plus knowledge of permitting and plant performance modeling tools.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 5+ years in thermal power generation.
• Experience with FEED and multi-disciplinary leadership.
• Experience with simple/combined cycle, repowering or brownfield expansion.
• Knowledge of permitting and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of a thermal portfolio from concept to FID.
