Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Desktop Support Level III for March AFB, CA. This role supports AFRC IT services on a complex, multi-year contract, delivering in-person and remote IT aid across devices and platforms.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, account administration, and troubleshooting VMware Workspace ONE enrollment and app assignment. DoD Secret clearance is required, with compensation based on hourly range and candidate qualifications.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in network modernization or large-scale IT projects.
• Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent.
• Ability to provide in-person and remote IT assistance.
• Strong installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration skills.
• Knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
• Familiarity with VMware Workspace ONE Mobile Device Manager.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve customer-reported system incidents and events.
• Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Identify causes of performance or availability degradation and mitigate.
• Develop trend analyses and impact reports.
• Support SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS cloud models as needed.
• Provide VMware Workspace ONE enrollment and app assignment support.
