Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an experienced desktop support specialist based in Horsham, PA, onsite. The role requires 5+ years in desktop support with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity. You will troubleshoot IT systems, support Windows and MacOS environments, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will work with a team to resolve complex issues, prioritize tasks, and contribute to IT projects while maintaining clear documentation for end users and stakeholders.
