Job summary

Archer & Greiner PC in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an experienced Desktop & Infrastructure Engineer to join the Information Services team. This senior role focuses on desktop engineering, end-user computing, and supporting core Microsoft infrastructure technologies.

The successful candidate will assist with systems and network administration as needed, reporting to the CIO, and will collaborate on projects, upgrades, and strategic initiatives. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in desktop/endpoint engineering or related IT role.
• Strong Windows desktop, AD, and Group Policy expertise.
• Proficient with PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with enterprise desktop deployment and user profile management.

Responsibilities

• Lead desktop engineering, Windows design, deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Administer and maintain Group Policy, desktop security configurations, and user profile management.
• Troubleshoot complex desktop, OS, application, and user environment issues with senior escalation support.
• Support and administer key business applications with the Applications team.
• Collaborate with IS leadership and technology partners on projects, upgrades, and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.
