IDR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. You will manage endpoint tooling, packaging, deployment, and OS deployment tasks across healthcare networks to keep devices secure and compliant.

Responsibilities include automation-driven improvements, change control, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams to support end-user solutions and project initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of enterprise level desktop support experience.
• 3+ years of MECM administration, including software packaging, deployment, and OS admin/deployment.
• Experience with Intune, including Autopilot.
• PowerShell and batch scripting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Group Policy.

Aufgaben

• Endpoint management, software packaging/deployment, patching, and maintenance of endpoint tools.
• Identify and implement automation, compliance, and security improvements.
• Configure and maintain OS Deployment task sequences for hardware imaging.
• Plan upgrades, changes, or implementation of endpoint systems per change control.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support end-user products and lead/participate in meetings.
