Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior Designer to lead visually compelling design across campaigns, digital and print assets, and experiential materials. Collaborate with marketing strategists and creative leads to uphold brand standards and deliver high-impact creative work.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years of design experience, strong concept development, and proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma, and presentation tools. A portfolio demonstrating cross-channel work is essential.

Qualifications

BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent.
5–7+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and presentation tools.
Strong portfolio across integrated campaigns, digital destinations, and print.

Responsibilities

Design across multiple mediums: digital and print assets, web ads, brochures, and signage.
Create materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing strategists and leads to deliver high-quality work.
Prepare final files for print and digital production with accuracy.
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
