Qualifications

8+ years of progressive apparel design experience.
Experience leading a design team and mentoring staff.
Ability to manage multiple categories and deliverables on schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of multiple apparel categories from concept to production.
Conduct global research on silhouette, color, and fabric trends to inform direction.
Develop and source fabrics, trims, and construction techniques with cross-functional partners.
Lead fittings to ensure construction, drape, and tailoring standards; maintain design cards and tech packs.
Partner with Merchandising, Production, and Technical Design to protect vision while maximizing gross margin.
Coach and manage direct reports, driving creative excellence.
