SmithGroup Dallas is seeking a Senior Designer to lead architectural design across all project phases, including conceptual design and construction documents.

You will develop concepts for Higher Education and Science & Technology markets, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and produce drawings and renderings for client presentations. A strong portfolio and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years leading design teams on medium to large projects.
• LEED AP preferred; Architectural Registration preferred.
• Strong portfolio across Higher Ed and Science & Technology markets.
• Experience leading design teams and project groups.
• Proficiency with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape.

Responsabilités

• Lead architectural design across all project phases.
• Develop design concepts for Higher Education and Lab markets.
• Collaborate with designers, planners, engineers and project teams.
• Produce drawings, renderings, and design assignments.
• Lead design presentations and participate in interviews.
• Mentor junior staff and provide performance coaching.
• Participate in employment interviews and act as design leader.
