SmithGroup is seeking a Senior Project Architect for Science & Technology in Dallas, TX. You will lead design teams, ensure project documentation quality and coordinate with engineers and owners across large, complex commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience as a technical architect.
• Experience leading Science & Technology typology projects.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on large design commissions and guide complex issues.
• Oversee multiple small to medium projects and enforce architectural standards.
• Direct teams and collaborate with design architects, engineers and owners.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching and recruitment.
