Job summary

J.Crew is seeking a Senior Designer for Boys' & Girls' Sweaters, Girls' Swim, Accessories, and Third-Party collaborations. Lead seasonal design, build concepts, and translate market trends into commercially viable collections from concept to production.

Reporting to the Head of Design for Crewcuts, you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand vision is realized across all owned categories, while researching new fabrics and trims for innovation and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in apparel/knitwear design, with a focus on sweaters, swim, or accessories.
• 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or mentoring designers.
• Strong ownership, decision making and ability to manage multiple categories and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal design and development for multiple categories across Crewcuts.
• Translate trends and market insights into commercially viable design direction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand vision across categories.
