Job summary
24 Seven Talent is seeking a Senior Designer for Junior Dresses to translate creative visions into practical designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers while ensuring designs align with our brand aesthetic, quality standards, and customer preferences.
Responsibilities include researching industry trends, presenting ideas through sketches and boards, reviewing lab dips, and guiding fit sessions with Tech Design to maintain consistent fit and development
Qualifications
- 10–12 years of design experience in mass market/off-price sectors.
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
- Expert proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities/presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for market research or client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Design Manager to research trends and color direction.
- Present ideas to management through sketches and boards.
- Stay updated with junior market trends in colors and prints.
- Interpret color palettes and prints for the season.
- Lead fit sessions with Tech Design throughout the season.
- Incorporate customer feedback into future designs.
- Communicate with buyers and overseas vendors for execution.
