You will conceptualize, design, and execute trend-setting designs for our Juniors category, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet the brand's aesthetic and market demands.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Fashion Design, at least 5 years of experience, and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design, with a focus on Juniors fashion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, PLM.
• Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and trims.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize and develop design concepts that align with brand aesthetic and target market
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production
• Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure designs are translated into commercially viable products
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, market research, and consumer preferences
• Ensure all designs meet quality and industry standards
• Provide guidance and direction to design team members
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
