Job summary

Mindgruve is seeking a Senior Designer in Covington, KY to develop conceptually-driven ideas that meet client and business objectives, while maintaining craft and professionalism. You will guide other designers and elevate work across cross-channel initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in an agency, strong presentation skills, a portfolio with strong conceptual thinking, and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite—with Figma a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in an agency setting delivering compelling visual design across multiple mediums.
• Strong presentation skills, both in person and remote, and ability to communicate creative solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategically-sound creative for cross-channel initiatives.
• Actively listen to understand the ask, client feedback, and internal input.
• Ensure designs for digital and traditional media meet the highest standards.
• Deliver fresh ideas and personality while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Technology, and Account teams to provide excellent client experience.
• Coach and guide other designers on work and career paths.
