Job summary

Miles Partnership is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality visual design across digital, print, social, content, and integrated marketing. You will collaborate with Art Directors and Creative Directors to ensure on-brand, production-ready work with strong craft and judgment.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of design experience in agency or marketing settings, a strong portfolio, and expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• 4-6+ years of design experience within agency, marketing, or integrated creative environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, design excellence, and execution across multiple formats and channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of brand systems, production workflows, file preparation, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality design across digital, print, social, content, and integrated marketing initiatives.
• Support concept development and translate creative direction into compelling visual executions.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, brand-aligned, and strategically effective.
• Prepare production-ready files, assets, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Senior Art Directors to refine creative work and maintain visual consistency across projects.
• Guide and support junior designers through feedback, file preparation, workflow best practices, and design refinement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, asset libraries, design systems, and production standards.
• Provide visual support for presentations, pitches, internal initiatives, and business development efforts.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support design exploration, production efficiency, and workflow optimization while maintaining strong creative judgment.
• Maintain organized file structures, asset management practices, and project documentation.
• Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, tools, and best practices
