Job summary

Solomon Page is hiring a Senior Technical Designer to lead the fit process across intimate apparel categories, from concept through production. You will create precise technical specs, evaluate samples, and ensure brand standards for quality and consistency, working with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and our Hong Kong office.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in intimate apparel technical design, expert Illustrator skills for measurement illustrations, and strong Excel data handling.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of experience in technical design for intimate apparel.
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills for How to Measure illustrations and tech sketches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical specification packages (POI, How to Measure illustrations, sewing and cutting instructions).
• Lead factory fit sessions and oversee factory fit approval across intimate apparel categories.
• Review and revise tech packs to ensure accuracy of specs and construction details.
• Create and maintain pattern files, including final garments, fit and grade samples, BOMs, and specs.
• Prepare production and QC packages weekly.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Hong Kong office to ensure alignment.
