What to Expect Day-to-Day:

• Provide technical and design services supporting power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunication systems for design projects. Work as part of a multi-discipline team to produce electrical design/construction drawings and specifications for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities.
• Complete design tasks within budget and schedule, communicating effectively with the Project Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer, and the design team to ensure efficient work completion.

What You Need:

• At least 10 years of drafting experience and a Vocational certificate or a two-year degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit software is required.
• Strong visual and technical skills with a process-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills; willing to ask questions when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to project demands.
• High level of precision, accuracy, and a methodical work approach.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform field surveys.
• Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and criminal background check.
