Job summary

CGK is a fast-growing home and bedding company seeking a Senior Designer & Creative Strategist to own end-to-end e-commerce creative across brand, copy, and performance.

You will translate business goals into visual concepts, lead design work, write briefs, guide partners, and stay hands-on. This is a fully remote role, offering autonomy and opportunities to evolve into broader creative leadership as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience with hands-on e-commerce design
• Strong layout, typography, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual storytelling
• Able to translate business goals into visual concepts and briefs
• Experience guiding designers or partners and making independent creative decisions
• Strong English communication and high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects from initial goal through concept, design and delivery
• Develop visual concepts and recommend creative approaches based on product, audience, brand and commercial objective
• Write clear briefs covering objectives, audience and messages
• Personally create Amazon listing images, A+ Content, and storefront assets
• Design landing pages, product pages and campaign creative across paid social, refine based on performance results
• Guide designers and external partners with actionable feedback while staying hands-on
• Maintain day-to-day creative decisions, QA and approvals within brand direction
• Turn product benefits into clear visual stories and suggest headline refinements
• Collaborate with marketing to translate insights into creative tests and improvements
• Develop reusable Figma components and templates across brands and channels
• Retouch and composite product imagery using Photoshop and AI tools
• Collaborate with product, marketing, growth and leadership to keep projects moving
• Remote, location-independent role with high autonomy and growth opportunities
