Job summary

Enzo Health is seeking a Senior Designer to own major surfaces of an AI-native EHR, serving field clinicians, coders, QA reviewers, and agency owners within a single product. You will shape AI interactions, ensuring trust, provenance, and human sign-off while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You’ll partner with engineering from discovery through shipped code, extend the design system, and prototype at the fidelity required to move fast in a Series A environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex software products for B2B/enterprise tools.
• Portfolio showing hard problems, constraints, tradeoffs and shipped solutions.
• Strong interaction and systems thinking across forms, tables and workflows.
• Fluency with modern design systems: components, tokens, accessibility, and handoff.
• Ability to learn regulated domains quickly (e.g., PDGM).
• Clear communication and tolerance for ambiguity in a Series A setting.
• Comfort collaborating with engineering and prototyping in-browser.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major areas of Enzo EHR and product suite (Intake, Scribe, QA, EHR).
• Design for real field conditions: tablets, spotty connectivity, one-handed input.
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns for AI output, with trust and approvals.
• Transform dense regulated workflows into robust interfaces (OASIS-E, plans of care, ICD-10, QA).
• Extend and strengthen the design system for large surfaces.
• Collaborate closely with engineering from discovery to shipped code.
• Work with Forward Deployed Clinicians and Implementation teams to turn field feedback into product changes.
• Prototype at appropriate fidelity to help teams decide quickly.
