Job summary

Samba is seeking a Senior Designer who merges design craft with AI to translate complex data into compelling visual stories. You will shape Samba’s brand, web, campaigns, and events, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership in an agile team.

You’ll fluently use Claude Code and Claude Design as core parts of ideation, production, and output. You will lead high-quality creative across touchpoints, build scalable design systems in Figma, and drive motion content using Runway,

Qualifications

7+ years of professional design experience with portfolio across brand, web, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Design high-impact creative across brand, web, campaign, social, presentation, event, and demand-gen formats.
Use Claude Code and Claude Design daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
Build and evolve design systems in Figma that scale across a growing brand.
Design and animate motion content with AI-assisted tools and traditional motion craft.
Turn complex data into clear, engaging visual narratives through data visualization.
Design polished presentations and sales materials with strong attention to detail and narrative structure.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
