Job summary

Samba seeks a Senior Designer at the intersection of design craft and AI. You will translate complex data into clear visual stories and shape Samba’s presence across brand, web, campaigns, social, presentations, and events. You’ll work in an agile, fast-moving creative team with real impact, using Claude Code/Design as core tools, not novelties.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership, stay ahead of trends, and deliver high-quality visuals across multiple touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across brand, web, and campaigns.
• AI-forward by default; fluent using Claude Code and Claude Design in actual workflows.
• Expert-level Figma skills and fluency with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creative across brand, web, campaign, social, presentation, event, and demand-gen formats.
• Use Claude Code and Claude Design daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma that scale with a growing brand.
• Design and animate motion content using AI-assisted tools and traditional motion craft.
• Turn complex data into clear, engaging visual narratives through data visualization.
• Create polished presentations and sales materials with strong narrative structure.
• Contribute to Samba website and campaign builds using Framer and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
• Stay current with design trends and AI workflow innovations.
