Job summary

Samba, a media intelligence company, is seeking a Senior Designer who merges craft with AI-enabled workflows. You will script visual narratives from data, shape brand across web, campaigns, and events, and iterate within an agile creative team.

Proficiency in Claude Code/Claude Design, Figma, and motion tools is essential. You will own design systems, craft engaging visuals, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to raise Samba’s brand impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional design with a strong portfolio across brand, web, and campaigns.
• AI-forward by default and fluent with Claude Code and Claude Design as part of your workflow.
• Expert-level skills in Figma and fluency with Google Suite.
• Animation experience with AI-driven tools and video generation.
• Strong data visualization design ability.
• Experience creating brand and marketing creative across digital, social, video, and experiential formats.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-directed and highly organized with strong craft.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Experience with Framer.
• Deeper motion/animation background (After Effects, Lottie, CSS/JS).
• Experience designing for social-first formats.
• Degree in design, fine arts, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact creative across brand, web, campaign, social, presentation, event, and demand-gen formats.
• Use Claude Code and Claude Design daily to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma that scale across a growing brand.
• Design and animate motion content with AI-assisted tools alongside traditional motion craft.
• Turn complex data into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Design polished presentations and sales materials with strong narrative structure.
• Contribute to Samba website and campaign builds using Framer and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
• Stay current with design trends and AI workflow innovations.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Use Google Suite for drafts and stakeholder-facing work.
• Stay organized and self-directed.
