Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.

We are looking for a Senior or Lead Designer across a range of digital projects to push the work in new directions and help define our clients’ and our internal brand. In this role, you’ll partner with our Creative and Strategy teams to design best-in-class digital experiences and solutions. If the term conceptual digital design and detailed execution resonates, then this role may be for you.

Candidates should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in digital design and art direction, and the ability to create pixel perfect designs while innovating work across a variety of industries.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners, including design, copy, motion, production, and account partners.
• Strong client collaboration and management skills, with the ability to present design work internally and to senior level clients.
• Mastery in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Keynote, proficiency in additional motion and prototyping software is a plus.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $100k-150k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
