Product Design agency experience is a plus.

We're looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to join our team in designing complex tools and platforms. You’re a user advocate at heart, skilled at optimizing end-to-end journeys across intricate product ecosystems. You bring a strong foundation in user research and a wide array of methodologies to uncover insights, test prototypes, and inform design decisions. This role involves significant interaction with client stakeholders, so clear and confident communication is essential.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and technical constraints, uncover user needs, and explore innovative, value-driven solutions.
• Identify and prioritize key problems, aligning teams and stakeholders around user and business goals.
• Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research to close knowledge gaps and translate insights into actionable design concepts.
• Design end-to-end user journeys and flows grounded in human-centered design principles.
• Balance high-level strategy with detailed execution, guiding your team from concept through implementation.
• Craft compelling interaction models and visual designs that bring clarity and delight to complex experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, translating complexity into clear, actionable plans for your team.

• Strong strategic thinking paired with an eye for design detail.
